Letter: Parole Board is not fit for purpose

The report in the Lancashire Telegraph of the convicted rapist recently released from prison who indecently assaulted a lone female at Accrington railway station reaffirms my concerns over recidivists being released too early and proving to be a constant and continual danger to the public.
