Kelly Hartigan-Burns death: Scrutiny of computer system at misconduct hearing

A misconduct hearing into a former Lancashire police station custody sergeant, who allegedly breached his duties in looking after a vulnerable women detainee who later died, has heard how a computer system installed at police stations in 2016 could have changed how some officers spoke to people under arrest and assessed their risks.
