Huge queue at mosque dishing out Covid vaccines - as lockdown ruled out

The pop-up vaccination centre at Penny Street in Blackburn is dishing out the final first doses of the Pfizer jab. All over 18s are being asked to attend the site before it closes at 7.15pm. The vaccination bus at Blackburn College has been extremely busy this morning and is likely to run out of vaccines before lunchtime.
