Fears Tiki Tiger extended licence would cause town centre problems

Allowing an East Lancs cocktail bar to open later at weekends would worsen alleged town centre problems with noise, fighting, drugs, damage to cars and revellers using residential streets for parties or ‘as a toilet’, it is being claimed.
