Drivers warned of potential delays over Blackburn 'go slow’ protest

A council has issued a warning over potential traffic delays in Blackburn due to a protest. On Tuesday, it was revealed people were being encouraged to meet at the Tesco car park in Hill Street on Thursday, October 12, at 5pm if they want to take part in a demonstration to support the people of Palestine.
