Drink driver crash led to M61 closure and long delays

The M61 was closed after a drink driver crashed into the central barrier. The incident happened early on Saturday morning (September 23) and led to disruption and delays on the northbound stretch of the motorway between the Junction 6 for Horwich and Junction 8 for Chorley.
