Darwen councillors to hold advice surgery

DARWEN East ward Labour Councillors Jane Oates and Katrina Fielding and Darwen West ward Labour Councillors Brian Taylor, Dave Smith and Stephanie Brookfield will be holding an advice surgery in Darwen Library on Saturday from 10:30am to 11:30am.
