CCTV images released following assault and robbery

Police are appealing for information to identify four suspects after a man was assaulted in Preston city centre. The incident happened happened at approximately 3.20am on Saturday May 6, close to the Marks and Spencer store on Fishergate. The victim, a man in his 50s, was approached by four young men and threatened by them. One of the suspects then assaulted the man, knocking him to the floor. His phone and smart watch were stolen.
