Bus lane fines fall as 'Lancashire motorists get message'

MORE than 5,000 fewer bus lane fines were handed out in Lancashire over the last 12 months compared to two years ago – suggesting motorists might finally be getting the message about restrictions that have been in place for many years at more than a dozen locations across the county.
