Blackburn with Darwen mayor's triplets refused Covid jabs

A BOROUGH'S Mayor has been alarmed that his 17-year-old triplets were refused coronavirus jabs at the Blackburn Cathedral vaccination centre despite having NHS letters inviting them to get them.
