3000 cannabis plants discovered in Preston after raid

Police discovered 3000 cannabis plants at a property in Preston. Officers said they were called to a property on Aqueduct Street following reports of 'suspicious activity'. On arrival police discovered around a huge number of cannabis plants in various stages of development which have now all be seized. There was also evidence that the electricity had been bypassed.
