Three Brum landlords to pay £8k for breaching regs

Three rogue landlords were ordered to pay a total of £8,028.10 at Birmingham Magistrates Court today (8 December 2016) for failing to obtain HMO licences and breaching legislation designed to protect tenants in houses in multiple occupation, after council housing officers investigated and prosecuted them.
