Bridal boutique owner to pay £3,020 for flytipping
A Birmingham businessman has been ordered to pay £3,020 after pleading guilty to five offences under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 at Birmingham Magistrates Court today (18 January 2017).
Syed Gillani (33) of Vibart Road, Sheldon, was fined £1,400 – including £500 for providing false information to officers. He was also ordered to pay £1,500 costs and a £120 victim surcharge, after packaging from his business – Origa Bridal Boutique and Menswear
