Waldo County towns reflect on quarter-century of CDBG support

Belfast's Economic Development Director Thomas Kittredge has helped the city of Belfast secure seven Community Development Block Grants since 2010. In Knox, one disabled resident who could not make it up and down stairs had a basement that was so cold the pipes would often freeze.
