US stocks slump despite Fed aid as coronavirus bill stalls again

Stocks fell about 3% on Wall Street on Monday as Congress hit another obstacle in talks to inject nearly 2 trillion dollars (£1.7 trillion) into the coronavirus-weakened US economy.
