Settlement reached in lawsuit related to Goose River Grocery fire

A Belfast man who served jail time for charges related to a fire at Goose River Grocery nearly two years ago dismissed a civil lawsuit he filed against his insurance company for not paying out on the policy. Kyle Skinner, through his attorney Patrick Mellor, filed paperwork to dismiss with prejudice his lawsuit against Hanover Insurance Group.
