Rockland launches effort to find solutions to housing shortage

City leaders kicked off Wednesday night their effort to deal with the lack of affordable housing by detailing the problems and giving marching orders to a trio of committees to offer solutions. One committee, with Councilor Lisa Westkaemper serving on it, will come up with recommendations on tiny house regulations as well as proposals to increase residential density in neighborhoods.
