Resetting public finances for Northern Ireland

Nicola Mallon, Minister for the Infrastructure, has tasked a special team, chaired by Kirsty McManus, executive director of the Institute of Directors, to offer an assessment of the merits of the Executive agreeing to appoint an Infrastructure Commissioner.
