Public hearing on Belfast's rangeways tonight

City officials are inviting the public to comment tonight on a plan for Belfast's rangeways and rights-of-way to the water. The hearing, to be held Wednesday, Aug. 30, at 6 p.m. at the Belfast Boathouse, will focus on 11 public access routes to the bay, including: The city did a comprehensive survey of its rangeways in 2009 and found 17 public ways, including two disputed access points and one public access to a pond .
