Penobscot fundraiser to feature gourmet meal, auctions Oct. 27

Penobscot Language School, 28 Gay St., will hold its annual fundraiser Friday, Oct. 27, starting at 6 p.m. The fundraiser, It's About Time!, features Chef Manuel Mercier of Youngtown Inn in Lincolnville and wines from Easterly Wine of Belfast. Mercier will prepare a French meal with choice of entrA©e to include braised lamb shank, Maine cod fillet with crab bernaise sauce, and portabello and porcini mushroom ravioli.
