Pair arrested in connection with Ian Ogle murder referred to PPS for assisting offender and withholding information

A 36-year-old woman and 31-year-old man previously arrested in connection with the murder of Ian Ogle have been reported to the PPS (Public Prosecution Service) for assisting an offender and withholding information.
