Paddy Ashdown 'horrified' at Paratrooper Troubles torture claims

The former Liberal Democrat leader Paddy Ashdown, who served as a soldier in Belfast, has said he was horrified at claims torture, including waterboarding, was used in Northern Ireland during the Troubles.
