New highway wanted; Infant School to commence; spring in unpleasant guise

To the County Commissioners of the County of Waldo, at their session, held at Belfast: the subscribers respectfully represent that a new highway is wanted and required by common convenience and necessity to commence at the North West corner of Lot in Waldo Plantation No. 50 on which John Walls lives, and thence to pass through a part of said Waldo Plantation and the town of Brooks and a part of the town of Monroe to the school house standing near the house of John Sanborn.
