Much of county without power as wind, rain hit Midcoast

More than two-thirds of Waldo County was without power Monday morning after high winds and rain swept through the Midcoast, taking trees, limbs and power lines with them. At 10 a.m. Monday, Central Maine Power reported more than 350,000 customers without power, or more than half of the utility's accounts.
