Law changes on Northern Ireland serious sexual offences 'another reason for restoring devolution,' says Prime Minister

Sir John Gillen's review of the handling of serious sexual assaults in the Northern Ireland court system is yet another example of the need to restoring power sharing in Northern Ireland, the Prime Minister has said.
