Kristi and Jason Moulton of Belfast are proud to announce the birth of their son Kobe Walter Moulton, who was born Jan. 2, 2017, at 1:05 a.m. at Waldo County General Hospital. Kobe weighed 8 lbs., 2 oz., and measured 20 1/2 inches long.
