Jean McConville: Defence fight plan to continue Ivor Bell prosecution

A senior judge was told defence lawyers are to fight a Public Prosecution Service plan to proceed with the case against veteran republican Ivor Bell who faces charges over the murder of Disappeared victim Jean McConville.
