Irish Sea border 'utter madness' - DUP's Donaldson rubbishes Dublin Brexit proposal

DUP MP Jeffrey Donaldson described reports Dublin ministers are pushing for the Irish Sea to act as the border between the UK and the Republic after Brexit as "utter madness".
