Florida man gets two-year sentence for assault on child

Neil A. Lagasse, 20, was sentenced to June 26 to two years in Department of Corrections custody on an assault charge. The charge stems from a December 2016 incident when hospital staff contacted police to report an infant was being treated for serious injuries.
