Extradition case Dublin judge received 'inappropriate' contact about suspect Liam Campbell

A judge received a "highly inappropriate" correspondence that was designed to influence the extradition of alleged dissident republican Liam Campbell to Lithuania, the High Court in Dublin has heard.
