District 97 Dems face off before primaries

With four-term Belfast legislator Erin Herbig running for state Senate, the race is on between two Democrats hoping to keep House District 97 blue. Jan Dodge and Caitlin Hills, both of Belfast, are vying for the Democratic nomination and a chance to represent Belfast, Northport and Waldo in the Maine Legislature.
