Centenarian's memoir topic of historical society program

"Recollections: Growing Up on the East Side of Belfast" will be the topic of the Belfast Historical Society's meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, May 21, in the Abbott Room at the Belfast Free Library, 106 High St. Deborah Nowers, a member of the Wawenoc Chapter of Maine Genealogical Society, will present the story of Sadie May Robbins Stinson Galegos. Sadie was born in June 1900 and died in 2009 at age 108.
