Car slams into tree, driver injured

Two cars were involved in a Thursday afternoon collision on Northport Avenue in Belfast that sent one driver to the hospital with minor injuries. The crash occurred at 1:38 p.m. at the corner of Salmond and Condon streets, where they intersect with Northport Avenue.
