Camden works toward sustainable power, reducing energy use

The New Year offers a good time to highlight efforts under way to reduce Camden's energy use and increase Camden's sustainable energy production. Thanks to efforts of the Camden Energy and Sustainability Committee and of the Downtown Network Board's Design Team, Camden is making progress toward its first municipal solar Photovoltaic array and toward reducing energy use and light pollution from downtown streetlights, according to a news release from the committee.
