Bump in 'water-influenced' property values prompts talk of 'equalization'

The city in the coming year will adjust property tax assessments, but to what extent and where remains to be seen. The problem, according to City Assessor Brent Martin, is that some properties have increased in value faster than others relative to the city's own assessments.
