Book discussion on food waste Feb. 23

For those concerned about reducing kitchen waste and wanting to save money, there will be a book discussion Thursday, Feb. 23, on "The Waste Free Kitchen Handbook: A guide to eating well and saving money by wasting less food." Sponsored by the Unitarian Universalist Church of Belfast, the discussion will take place at 7 p.m. in the Common House of the Eco-Village .
