Suncorp aims to achieve AU$170m in benefits by 2018 from technology program

Suncorp Group believes that its optimisation program, which involves simplifying processes for claims, and leveraging business intelligence and technology, will help it achieve AU$170 million in benefits by the 2018 financial year.
