Senior designers enjoy salary increase while juniors struggle in 2021

Senior designers saw significant salary increases in 2021 as the economy stabilised and demand returned, a new report shows. The research is based on information from global recruitment agency Aquent, which placed around 2,000 design roles in the past year. Data reveals that salaries for senior art directors rose by 21% to an average of £85,000 while senior digital designers saw a bump of 44%
