Verizon to repurchase debt securities

NEW YORK - Verizon Communications Inc. ("Verizon") (NYSE, NASDAQ: VZ) today announced that it has delivered a Notice of Repurchase with respect to its Floating Rate Notes due February 21, 2025 (CUSIP No. 92343V DB7; ISIN US92343VDB71).
