Next month there’s going to be a chance to step inside Lambeth’s strong room and visit their new archive building.

The archive moved into a new building on Brixton Hill in 2023, with a purpose-built strongroom in the basement.
Next month, as part of the Lambeth Heritage Festival, there will be some tours of the building, including the basement, where you can also meet the team, and explore a selection of treasures from the archive.
