Step-free access comes to Northolt tube station in west London

After a lengthy construction project, Northolt tube station has now gained step-free access with a new lift and walkway.The station has a modest ticket hall entrance on a busy road, then steps down to an island platform with trains on either side. Facilities-wise, there is a glass waiting room on the platform, a ticket office, some toilets, and a bike store.
