RMT announces more strikes on the national rail network

The RMT rail union has announced that some 20,000 members will walk out on strike on two more weekends as part of it ongoing dispute over working conditions, pay and job security.The two strikes will take place all day on Saturday 26th August 2023 and Saturday 2nd September 2023. As usual with these strikes, that’s also likely to affect services on the Friday evening and the early Sunday morning.
