Rare breed sheep are being used to graze Hampstead Heath

Five rare-breed sheep have returned to Hampstead Heath as part of a conservation project exploring how traditional grazing can help nature recover in London.The flock of Norfolk Horn and Oxford Down ewes, on loan from Mudchute City Farm, will graze the Heath’s anthill meadow each day until Monday 21st September.
