Rail industry makes fresh offer to stop train strikes

The Rail Delivery Group (RDG), which represents the train companies, says that it has made another revised offer to the RMT union to try and resolve the long running strikes on the railways.Although the RMT had settled its dispute with Network Rail, there’s still an outstanding dispute with the train operating companies. Strikes on the trains that were due to take place at the end of last month were called off following talks with the RDG
At the time, the RMT said that a proposal was offer
