Chinese smartphone market declines 3% in Q2

New research from Canalys estimates the Chinese smartphone market has hit decline for the first time in six quarters, but its only bad news for the challenger brands.
It should come as no surprise the world’s largest smartphone market is an important one for most handset manufacturers, but those looking to crack it now are entering at a pretty bad time. These are the brands which will be facing the toughest conditions as Chinese consumers are becoming more drawn to the established brands.
