Brent sets Halloween deadline for Lime to fix dumped bikes problem

Brent Council has warned Lime Bikes that its dockless e-bikes will be barred from the borough at the end of October unless the company addresses safety concerns and makes improvements to the service.Brent has partnered with Lime since 2019 and currently hosts 750 e-bikes in the borough, but concerns about how the bikes are inconsiderately parked are rising, and the council says that its concerned about how long it takes the hire firm to resolve them.
