Arrow Electronics Reports Third-Quarter Results

Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:ARW) today reported third-quarter 2017sales of $6.95 billion, an increase of 17 percent from sales of $5.94billion in the third quarter of 2016. Third-quarter net income of $135million, or $1.50 per share on a diluted basis, compared with net incomeof $118 million, or $1.28 per share on a diluted basis, in the thirdquarter of 2016. Excluding certain items1, net income wouldhave been $163 million, or $1.82 per share on a diluted basis, in thethird quarter of 2017, co
