Tin can manufacturer Ball Corporation has set new sustainable goals and submitted them to the Science Based Targets Initiative for approval.
The international firm has committed to reducing ‘scope one’ and ‘scope two’ emissions by 27%, as well as cutting ‘scope three’ emissions by 25% before 2030.
‘Scope one’ emissions are caused directly by a company’s activities, while ‘scope two’ are those related to purchased energy and &lsquo
