US Postal Service set to slow down certain first-class mail deliveries in October

USPS set into motion a plan that will slow down certain first-class mail deliveries as of Oct. 1.
The changes are being implemented by Postmaster General Louis DeJoy to stem losses.
On Aug. 29, the price of first-class postage stamps will increase from 55 cents to 58 cents.
