Tesla is now bigger than Ford.
Tesla's stock price is up almost 5% on Monday at $292 a share after the company reported blow-out delivery numbers for the first quarter.
Monday's gain has the electric car marker's market cap up to $47.77 billion, overtaking Ford's ($44.70 billion) for the first time.Tesla said deliveries skyrocketed 69% year-over-year in the first quarter to a record 25,000 vehicles.
